Sqetch – An Illustrator Wireframing Toolkit
While I've made my opinions of sketchy wireframes very clear, I have to say that Sqetch provides a gorgeous bridge between hand-drawn wireframes and their computer-created counterparts.
The components have a high visual fidelity, while conveying the incompleteness that many designers seek when they use "sketchy" wireframing tools and templates.
The toolkit provides all of the expected GUI elements that most designers would need, including those for the iPad and smart phones.
WebPagetest

Cocktail Science in General: Part 1 of 2
My friend Jeremy pointed to this excellent breakdown on why you should shake your cocktails instead of stirring them.
This also lead me to read a bit more about "bruising" gin and from what I've heard, that concept appears to have been debunked a while back. The gin isn't bruised, though if you actually have juniper berries in the drink, they would be bruised when shaken.
