I agree. Nutrition researchers continue to reveal new ways that red meat [beef] makes us smarter, stronger, leaner-even better in bed. However, according to Dr Fabio Parazzini who appeared in Journal Human Reproduction, studies have shown that red meat can provide a risk for endometriosis, a progressive disease in women that can lead to infertility.
Red meat is full of protein and other stuff that makes us smarter, stronger, etc.
Meat has fat in it though, so too much is not good. Too much FAT is not good, not RED MEAT…
and that’s the end of that chapter!
